Meet

Anne-Marie & Victoria

We are a mother-daughter duo, now grandmother and mother, navigating the wild, beautiful, and often overwhelming phases of womanhood — together.

FemPhase was born out of real-life transitions. Menopause. Pregnancy. Career reinvention. Relationship shifts. Identity awakenings. All happening at once. And through it all, we realised something powerful: women deserve a space where all of this is not just understood, but embraced.

So, we built what we couldn’t find —
a safe, honest, all-embracing community for women of every age and every phase.

Whether you're in your 20s or your 70s, single or partnered, a new mum or adjusting to an empty nest, in the thick of a career shift or finally prioritising your wellbeing — FemPhase is for you.

We are not here to tell you who to be.
We are here to remind you that you already are who you need to be.

At FemPhase, we talk about the things no one prepared us for — hormonal health, motherhood, ageing, careers, intuition, burnout, self-worth, grief, growth, and everything in between. We explore how these deeply personal experiences intersect with our careers, relationships, bodies, and identities — in a way that's inclusive, intergenerational, and unapologetically real.

More about Anne-Marie

Co-Founder of FemPhase | Certified Life & Wellbeing Coach | First-Time Grandmother | Menopause Mentor

Hello, I’m Anne-Marie — and I’ve never believed more strongly in the power of women sharing their stories than I do today.

The last couple of years have brought some of the most profound changes of my life. I became a grandmother for the first time. I walked through the ups and downs of menopause. I experienced a complete career pivot after decades in the public sector. And through it all, I began to question the narratives we’re told as women about ageing, identity, and self-worth.

So many of us are carrying so much — yet no one seems to be talking about it. And when we do, it’s usually in whispers.

That’s why I co-created FemPhase, alongside my incredible daughter Victoria. We wanted to build the space we both needed but couldn’t find — somewhere that spoke honestly and compassionately to women in every phase of life. A space with no judgment, no shame, no filters — just real, lived experience and meaningful support.

I’m a qualified Lecturer and Personal Performance Coach, trained through The Coaching Academy, and I hold specialisms in Wellbeing, Life Coaching, and Coaching for Personal Development. I use these skills every day — both through FemPhase and in my current role supporting women at a top beauty brand, where I see firsthand the pressures and insecurities women carry around self-image, confidence, and identity.

But my qualifications aren’t just on paper. They’re in the years I’ve spent listening to women, crying with them, cheering them on, and walking beside them through the hardest transitions of their lives — because I’ve been there too.

Menopause doesn’t just affect your body — it challenges your sense of self. Becoming a grandmother reshapes your place in the world. And starting over in midlife takes enormous courage. We don’t talk about that enough. We don’t celebrate it enough.

That’s why I’m here. And that’s why FemPhase exists.

This isn’t just a passion project. It’s a purpose.

If you're in a phase of change — emotionally, physically, professionally, spiritually — please know you are not alone. There is no “too late,” no “not enough,” and no need to shrink yourself to fit into anyone else’s expectations.

At FemPhase, we are rewriting the rules. Together.

With love,
Anne-Marie x

More about Victoria

Co-Founder of FemPhase | New Mum | Public Sector Professional | Hormone Health & Intuition Advocate

Hi, I’m Victoria — co-founder of FemPhase and proud new mum to a beautiful baby boy who’s already flipped my world upside down in the most profound ways.

Becoming a mother has been the most transformative experience of my life. I had a tough pregnancy and a traumatic birth, followed by six months of breastfeeding that tested every part of me — physically, emotionally, mentally. The recovery was raw, and the identity shift even harder.

Before all of this, I worked in public service in a demanding, detail-focused role — a career that taught me how to analyse, solve, and support under pressure. Before that, I was selling makeup at Dior, helping women feel beautiful and seen. Life has taken me from lipstick to legislation — but nothing could prepare me for the lessons of motherhood.

What I struggled to find during this time was a space that truly spoke to what I was experiencing — not just as a new mum, but as a woman evolving through a new phase. Where were the honest conversations about hormones, confidence, career change, and intuition?

That’s where FemPhase began.
My mum and I — two women in completely different chapters of life — found ourselves both navigating huge change. I was becoming a mother. She was becoming a grandmother. We were each questioning who we were and what came next.

We couldn’t find a space that celebrated this cross-generational journey — where women of all ages could share, grow, and support each other. So, we created one.

FemPhase is a community.
A place where you don’t need to have it all figured out to belong.
A space for stories, cycles, and seasons — career, hormones, identity, wellness, purpose.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself, your body, and each other.

Now, I pour everything I’ve learned — from work, motherhood, burnout, and rebuilding — into creating a platform that feels like a warm hug and a deep exhale.

You're not too much. You're not alone. You're exactly where you need to be.

Welcome to FemPhase.
I’m so glad you’re here.
